Email Set Up Overview

Welcome to our Email Set Up Support section.

When you first set up your new email account, you will need to know the following basic settings:

  1. The full email address
  2. The password assigned to the account
  3. Your incoming mail server (mail.yourdomain.com/ca)
  4. Your outgoing mail server (mail.yourdomain.com/ca)

While email set up is typically quite standard, sometimes it can be a bit tricky. If you need assistance, please submit a ticket to request a call back. We will call you to walk you through your account setup.

The goal of SiteWyze technicians is to ensure that your email account is running properly on our server. This is generally confirmed by logging into your webmail account (www.yourdomain.com/webmail). When using email software provided by another developer, we can assist with general account information only. Additional support would require accessing the software provider’s technical team.
